I would give this 5 stars BUT the only thing I DID NOT LIKE was the length of the cord from the massager to the power cord. It's to short and if you move to re-position the unit ....the massager disconnects from the power cord and this can be frustrating . I had a previous massager that had a much long cord and power cord BUT did not have the settings to change the 'pressure' of the massager. This one does and because of that I give it 4 stars.

Good strong Shiatsu that you can use all over your body since it's so compact. Don't let the size fool you, this device has amazing shiatsu massage ability with 4 round balls on each side definitely took the painful kink out of my back very quickly!! This is a great product. I’ve neck pains issue for many years. I ordered this product to use in between my massage appointments and it’s not just a temporary pain reliever it’s a great great product. This is an excellent product. The massager has multiple speeds and is a convenient size. It's easy to hold against your stomach, back , arms, whatever it is that's causing you discomfort and obtain quick relief. The massaging action is strong but not overly intense, and I find myself using the pillow quite frequently for my back when I'm watching TV.
