 *Priority Insured Shipping Option - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. Please notify us via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. 

 

When will my order ship out?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, followed by the shipping times displayed above.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will be automatically emailed with a tracking number and can track your shipment on our website.

 

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 24-48 hours to update). You can track your order here.

Incorrect address

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

Need help?

If your order hasn't received a tracking update in a while, it's generally due to a courier error, and it will still more than likely be delivered within the shipping times displayed above.
