Shipping & Delivery Policy
- SHIPPING TIMES -
Free Standard Shipping: 7-25 business days.
Most orders arrive within 7-15 working days once shipped.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.
(Please expect delays on your orders due to Covid-19 outbreak) Customs may inspect your packages for safety purposes. For more info, please contact us email@example.com.
Priority Insured Shipping - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. Please notify us via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. In some rare cases this can cause shipping to take up to 40 days.
Orders Not Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 60 days from the purchase date are eligible for free of charge re-ship or full refunds. We will not be liable for the delayed shipment and the above rules NO longer apply to the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow.
- TRACKING INFORMATION -
Once the order has been dispatched you will be sent a Tracking Code in your email with which you can use to track your order
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
- LOST/MISSING PACKAGES -
We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We can change/cancel your order only before 12 hours have passed from your purchase. After 12 hours, we can't change/cancel your order because it automatically is fulfilled and being processed for shipment.
