Returns & Refunds
Evalax ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://Evalax.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Our policy lasts for 30 days after receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
To request a return, please email the following info to Support@Evalax.com:
- Your order number and the specific item(s) you want to return.
- The reason for your return. (If a picture would better describe your issue, please attach it to the message. We have simple, quick solutions for just about any common problem.)
- Any feedback you’d like to provide. (Your suggestions will help us understand how we can improve our products and services, and prevent any issues that you may have run into from happening again.)
After you submit your request, we’ll get back to you with further return instructions as necessary.
Returned items must not be heavily used, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that we sent them to you.
Damaged boxes, Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling, missing parts will not be accepted.
All returns or exchanges are subject to a third-party verification process.
If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
Please note the following return and refund exceptions:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final and not eligible for return. [except faulty/damaged products]
- Due to government regulations and the hygienic nature of our products, we need to thoroughly inspect, process, and sanitize every returned item. For these reasons, some products may not be eligible for a refund if they are used, not in sellable condition, or the packaging is damaged.
- Customer returns incur a 20% restocking/disposal fee to offset our shipping and handling, warehouse, re-boxing, and other product restoration costs. (For international orders, additional fees may apply.)
Once we received your initial email request for return, upon approval, you may return your product to the address we will provide via email within 7 days.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION, WE HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURNED ITEMS IF FAILURE TO DO SO.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable, Signature Required shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected by a third party, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed packages if the carrier marks that the order was delivered.
If a package is returned as undelivered/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
If a package is returned or abandoned for refusing to pay the country's legal Import tax, it is the customer's responsibility and we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please allow 3-5 days for delivery due to the delays and/or lack of scanning within delivery carriers for efficiency in this heightened period. If it still has not arrived after 5 days, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
We can change/cancel your order only before 12 hours have passed from your purchase. After 12 hours, we can't change/cancel your order because it automatically is fulfilled and being processed for shipment.
If you want to cancel your order we will charge a 6% cancellation fee as payment providers charge this to us to reverse a payment. In order to cover these costs, they will be solely the customer's responsibility.
Our products come with a twelve one (1) year hassle-free replacement warranty on all equipment and parts. We'll immediately replace, exchange or repair any of your damaged or defective item(s), free of charge, within the specified warranty period.
