I overdid it a bit using the highest setting and ended up being a little sore the next day, it did get my shoulder kink out, but I should have just stuck with the mid settings. I did not use the tens electro-pads yet, but these will come in handy too, for areas this massager can’t reach. It even has a nice storage bag to keep all the parts.

I'm getting up there in years (approaching 50) and my knees do a lot of popping and cracking (I'm not overweight though, I weigh about 160 lbs) and I was hoping something like this could maybe put an end to it. Well, this didn't eliminate my knee popping, but it HAS helped it some. After using this for a week or so (usually once a day) it seems to have lessened my issues. I won't say a night and day improvement, because I can still feel my age a bit, but I can feel a definite improvement, I can kneel a bit longer and it's not as stiff anymore getting up.
